What You'll Do:
Deliver and Work Catered Events
Work with event pack out sheet and/or catering invoice as well as communicate with Operations Manager and culinary team to assure that all equipment is loaded securely on DB vehicle prior to departure time
Manage the flow of Di Bruno Bros (DB) equipment and event rentals during event setup to the appropriate place within the event space (example – beverages brought to bar, and food brought to kitchen)
Manage the event “Breakdown Station”, sorting dirty DB from rentals equipment and moving both to appropriate staging area for end of event.
Packing up all DB equipment safely and returning to unload at Commissary
Packing out Catered Events
Packout all event equipment from Commissary as outlined in the Event Packout sheet.
Label equipment for ease of use as instructed by Operations Manager
Maintaining Catering Warehouse Room
Assure that DB catering equipment is put back cleanly in catering room in its proper place, general cleanliness and organization
Assist with the prompt delivery of Casual Catering orders
Work with Catering invoice to pack out Casual Catering orders with all necessary disposable plates, cups, utensils, beverages etc., as well as the ordered Menu Items
Deliver or assist another driver in delivering Casual Catering Orders and setting up order when required.
Always show courtesy and helpfulness when dealing with customers and be good ambassadors of the DB brand
About You:
Prior experience in event pack out experience preferred
Prior industry experience or client-centric professional services
Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with customers, venues, vendors, staff, and colleagues.
Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills and close attention to detail.
Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation.
Detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task in stressful situations.
Ability to move or handle product, orders and supplies.
Ability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business.
Ability to travel frequently between business units, event locations and client meetings
