    What the Wedding Event Sales Associate Will Do:

    Creates inspirational and unprecedented experiences for our guests, delivering on our promise of 100% guest satisfaction

    Proactively builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings – including venues and corporate offices

    Delivers a completed client package for each sold event – proposals, contracts, invoices, event orders

    Frequents networking events and schedules venue site visits to develop relationships and drive new business

    Attends booked events to ensure client’s needs are met, and that the client is fully satisfied

    Becomes an expert at Sales platform and utilizes to its full capacity

    What You Bring:

    2+ years of prior Catering experience preferred; 2+ years in a Sales role required, with 1+ years in Wedding Sales required

    Prior industry experience or client-centric professional services.

    Ability to foster a productive environment in a high-volume setting.

    Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with customers, venues, vendors, staff, and colleagues.

    Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills and close attention to detail.

    Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation.

    Ability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business.

    Ability to travel between business units, event locations and client meetings.
