We're hiring a Culinary Packout Associate who will assist the Culinary Team in the production, preparation, and packaging of food items.     Work as a member of the team responsible for pack-out operations at the Commissary

    In a timely fashion, organize, prepare, and fill food orders according to company specifications and recipes

    Follow SOPs and standardized recipes and processes in order to consistently prepare quality products and ensure accurate delivery to our guests

    Ability to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner

    Demonstrate strong communication skills with peers and collaborate with team members

    Complete production lists according to company specifications and recipes in a timely manner

    Proficiency in completing production lists according to company specifications and recipes in a timely manner

    Perform closing procedures, including cleaning stations, storing food items to maintain freshness and leaving the department ready for tasks to take place the next shift

    Practice safe operating procedures of all equipment, utensils and machinery

    Utilize safety training in lifting, carrying, hazardous material control, chemical control, first aid and CPR

    Additional duties as assigned

    What You Bring:

    Experience with knives in culinary environment

    Flexible schedule; nights and weekends required

    Solid organizational skills

    Ability to communicate as needed with teammates and leadership

    Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation

    Ability to move or handle product and supplies

    Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
