Di Bruno Bros is hiring a Receiver to work in Receiving responsibilities in our Commissary, PA location. This individual is responsible for ensuring that we exceed customer expectations, communicate with our team members, and meet both Company and departmental objectives.We provide an engaging and welcoming environment, health, vision & dental benefits, and room for advancement within our growing company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Verify the accuracy of all incoming deliveries

Efficiently direct all incoming products to its proper storage location

Ensure all incoming product is rotated behind existing product

Practice safe operating procedures of all equipment, utensils and machinery

Utilize safety training in lifting, carrying, hazardous material control, chemical control, first aid and CPR

Ability to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner

Confirm all food and beverage invoices have a corresponding PO number

Enter all deliveries into the receiving log

Enter all invoices into inventory system

Follow up with vendors regarding credits for missing or damaged merchandise

Follow up with vendors regarding missing invoice copies

Communicate any potential problems with Controller and assist in providing solutions

Maintain Shrink Log and report daily on whether logs were received

Enter Shrink into inventory system

Additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Flexible schedule

Solid organizational skills

Ability to communicate as needed with customers , superiors, and peers

Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation

Ability to move or handle product and supplies throughout the store

Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
