n We pay a competitive base salary of $70,000/YEAR plus BONUSES AND COMMISSION. n A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE MANAGER
n As a Service Manager, you oversee our HVAC technicians and ensure the success of the service department. You make sure that we have the best team possible by providing excellent training and troubleshooting support in the field. Your ability to motivate your team and inspire them to achieve superior customer service is essential to your success in this management role. You also handle customer relations, review all billing and warranty claims, and communicate with the other managers to address their warranty and installation needs. You take great pride in knowing that your hard work ensures our continued profitability and growth.

n The typical schedule for this management position is MONDAY - FRIDAY, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with some weeknights and weekends.
