    Base Salary $70-$90k + uncapped Comm $200 to $1 million potential earnings

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    As a Sales Executive your main responsibility will be to drive the business success by implementing a strong and sustainable solar module B2B sales strategy across the US. You will set annual sales goals for the company and work towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers. This position has the potential to lead a team of 2 sales associates

    Sales Executive duties and responsibilities

    ● Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with solar installation clients

    ● Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options

    ● Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions

    ● Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs

    ● Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels

    ● Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting

    ● Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies

    ● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

    ● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

    ● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

    ● Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

    ● Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams report to management team

    ● Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

    ● Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

    ● Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

    ● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

    ● Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and the company both

    Requirements and qualifications

    3 or more years of experience working as a Sales Executive in B2B solar module sales

    5 or more years of experience in doing solar module sales

    ● Proven record of successful deals closed

    ● Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing

    ● Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools

    ● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

    ● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

    ● Team player

    ● Excellent leadership skills

    ● Good time-management skills

    ● Self-motivated and driven by targets

    ● Resilience

    ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills – including both verbal and written

    ● The ability to influence and negotiate with others

    Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

    ● Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred

    ● At least five (5) years of solar industry sales experience

    ● One to three years of management experience

    ● Strategic leadership ability
