The Role We’re hiring California-licensed Diagnostic Radiologic Technologists (CRT) with Fluoroscopy certification to join our Operating Room imaging team. If you’re confident operating a C-Arm independently and enjoy supporting surgical cases, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll work closely with surgeons, RNs, and surgical techs to deliver safe, accurate intraoperative imaging across a variety of C-Arm systems in a surgical setting.
Responsibilities Operate C-Arm fluoroscopy in the OR to support surgical procedures Collaborate with the OR team to meet case-specific imaging needs Answer radiology questions and explain procedures with compassion when needed Capture accurate intraop and post-op diagnostic images for the surgeon Maintain required documentation (logbooks, image records/printing) Follow facility policies and HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications Active California CRT license and Fluoroscopy certification/permit (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused Able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability
