    • Monday- Friday schedule
    • Primarily adult patient populations
    • call Coverage will be telephonic questions/consults only. Outside vendor reads any studies during off hours.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
    • Mammography experience preferred, not required.
    • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
    • Advanced medical and anatomical skills
    • Knowledge of general surgery practices
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong motor skills and manual dexterity
    • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations.
    • Organizational and time management skills

    The UM Shore Regional Health network serves the Mid-Shore region, which includes Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Talbot counties. In addition to its two hospitals in Chestertown and Easton — UM Shore Regional Health includes two freestanding emergency centers in Cambridge and Queenstown, and UM Shore Medical Pavilions at Cambridge, Chestertown, Denton, Easton and Queenstown, and a broad array of inpatient and outpatient services in locations throughout the five-county region.

    • Compensation: $558,394.00 annually. The listed compensation reflects the median range based on current MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, training, and qualifications.

    • Additional incentives may include a generous sign-on bonus ($20–25K), a housing allowance of up to $50K toward a home purchase in the first year, OR relocation assistance up to $10K, along with a productivity-based bonus structure.
