Job Description

Diagraph internships/Co-Ops provide students with valuable exposure to our industry and leaders. Our program provides candidates working toward their bachelor’s in business, marketing, or related field interested in pursuing a career in sales.

• Support customer service in various projects related to sales process and customer engagement
• Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the customers relationship management system (CRM) to create a call plan and to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective business development activities.
• Receive ongoing coaching to enhance communication, leadership, presentation, and selling skillsets
• Develop an understanding of Diagraph’s products, services, and systems to grow the business
• Leverage core Sales technologies such as: Dynamics 365 (CRM), LinkedIn, Macola (ERP), etc.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:   BS in business, marketing, or similar degree program, entering Junior or Senior year.   

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• High degree of personal initiative
• Excellent organization and planning skills
