    Job Overview:
    The Claims Administrator will work closely with the Claims Manager and Claims Specialist. With a focus on customer service, they will reach out to customers regarding claims resolution. They will keep accurate and comprehensive records regarding each claim, while keeping the claims group well informed regarding the status of claims. They work cross- functionally with key partners in our corporate office and client leadership to effectively achieve or exceed goals and produce outcomes in line with the company’s vision.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    •  Provides administrative support for the claims group.
    •  Consistent and immediate communication regarding customer claims.
    •  Answers a high volume of calls, screens calls, schedules appointments.
    •  Heavy customer service.
    •  Accurate recording of daily activity.
    •  Determine priorities and multi-tasks.
    •  Maintains historical records by tracking and accurately recording information.
    •  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and effectively communicating to responsible parties across the network.

    Skills/Requirements:

    •  Previous experience working with claims preferred.
    •  Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
    •  Self-starter.
    •  Bilingual with Spanish a plus.
    •  Excellent computer skills with experience using Excel and MS Office applications.
    •  Data Entry Skills, Thoroughness, Organization, Attention to Detail
    •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    •  Dependable, with a strong focus on customer service and time management.
    •  High school Diploma or equivalent.

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This is an in-office position.

    Hourly Rate: $18 - $20/hour DOE
