    Job Description

    DialedIn Solutions is a fast growing company with a focus on its employees and strong customer service. We are looking for a CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE for our great office in downtown San Diego. You can earn up to $15 per hour and DialedIn Solutions offers remote working options to help employees save time and money.

The MISSION of the role is to improve customers’ satisfaction through tailored interactions related to their goals and product needs; the OUTCOMES EXPECTED are time spent with customers, save rates, and quality of processing.

     

    As a Customer Care Representative, you will have an opportunity to:

    • represent multiple brands and clients
    • interact with hundreds of customers monthly
    • utilize conflict resolution skills to build loyalty
    • be measured and rewarded for success

    An ideal candidate will have:

    • previous customer support experience
    • excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • familiarity with Customer Relationships Management systems; Lime Light and Konnektive are currently used
    • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time effectively, and execute trained approaches
    • the ability to connect with, and adapt to, different personalities
    • call center experience
    • strong work history

    What we expect within two weeks of hire date:

    • daily average of after call work to be less than 30 seconds
    • maintain a average call handling time of 5 minutes
    • available to customers for 84-86 percent of your work day
    • execute training effectively 95% of calls (QA Scores)

    Our team is available for clients from 5 AM to 5 PM Monday though Friday as well as 8 AM to 2 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The training schedule is 7 AM till 3 PM and the working schedule will vary based on the needs of our customers.
