Here is an exciting opportunity! A remote, full time, permanent position as a Healthcare, Full-Cycle Recruiter is available with a dialysis company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains applicant tracking system (ADP Recruitment) and database ensuring accurate and current data.
- Generates reports using data from ATS to produce recruiting metrics, reports on demand.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication. Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all
customers in a timely manner.
- Creates and distributes internal job postings.
- Communicates with external recruiters.
- Posts jobs via our career sites, and all sourcing methods.
- Reviews and evaluates credentials, work history, education etc. of applicants to establish eligibility for position ensuring the appropriate license and certification requirements are met.
- Pre-screens candidates at hiring manager or HR Director’s request.
- Coordinates interview schedule with hiring managers and candidates via phone and email.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates via phone and email.
- Tracks all recruiting activities and provide updates on candidates to hiring managers, executives and HRD.
- Tracks candidate interview expenses and compile expense reports for candidates as needed.
- Creates offers, review and participate in negotiation and re-negotiation of salaries in coordination with offer.
- Tracks relocation expenses, sign on bonuses, and repayment terms.
- Assists candidates with relocation by providing resources and information, guidance on submitting expenses, and providing corporate billing source for expenses.
- Assists Director with communications with travel agencies, distributing credential packets, coordinating first day information.
- Coordinates job fairs with hiring managers, actively participate and plan.
- Provides a high level of customer service in interviewing and advising applicants.
- Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies and may lead or assist with companywide recruiting projects.
- Acts as back-up to HR Generalist as necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Required Credentials:
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience and Required Skills:
- 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Previous experience working with healthcare professionals preferred.
- Superior organizational skills as well as a keen attention to detail a must.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in stressful situations.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Skilled at developing strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong customer service orientation.
- Strong computer skills; specifically, Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems with ease including HRIS.
