About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Unit Administrator to lead our dialysis program. This is a full-time healthcare administration role requiring strong leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and a commitment to patient care. The ideal candidate will be an RN or nurse with dialysis experience who can manage operations and ensure compliance with all standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dialysis unit operations, ensuring smooth workflows and patient safety
• Provide leadership in healthcare administration, scheduling, and staff management
• Supervise and mentor nurses, RNs, and clinical staff within the dialysis unit
• Ensure compliance with CMS, DOH, and dialysis regulatory standards
• Manage budgets, supplies, and resources effectively
• Act as the main administrator and liaison between staff, patients, and senior leadership

Qualifications

• New York State RN license is required
• 3+ years of dialysis unit management or healthcare administration experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of dialysis treatment standards and patient care protocols
