Diamond Assets is currently seeking Recovery Specialists to add to our growing team in 2020! The RECOVERY SPECIALIST/ENTRY LEVEL NON-CDL DRIVER POSITION is a key component to the organization's success. The ideal candidate must be flexible, self-motivated, and organized. Our Recovery Specialists are responsible for delivering high quality product efficiently and accurately to our customers, while maintaining a professional demeanor and great customer service skills. This role requires a lot of travel and some overnights.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•       Off-Site Pick-up Services at Customer Locations
•       Packaging computer devices into boxes, pallets, and gaylords
•       Securing product for shipping (palletizing & shrink wrapping)
•       Driving company box trucks or vans
•       Some travel will require flights (nationwide service)
•       Some travel will require overnight hotel stays
•       Driving rental trucks
•       Loading pallets onto lift gates with a pallet jack
•       Completing all necessary documentation at customer sites
•       Addressing customer questions at the pick-up site
•       Delivery of product to local vendors
•       Must be 21 years old

Key Skills & Qualifications

•   Must hold a valid drivers license
•       Must complete a physical
•       Must complete background check
•       Must be able to provide eligible drivers record (abstract) prior to employment interview
•       Must have an open and flexible schedule for pickup dates
•       Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
•       Ability to lift 50 pounds
