    POSITION TITLE: PROJECT ASSISTANT, LOGISTICS

    Project coordination is a key component to growth and success of the organization. It is the responsibility of the Project Assistant is to plan and execute the project process with our clients across the country while effectively communicating with appropriate contacts within Diamond Assets teams. This position will directly report to the Director of Project Management. This position will be full-time role. Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm. 

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordination of client projects and services, ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. This will include client communications, creation of pick lists for our warehouse team, label creation, and all other necessary paperwork.
    • Facilitates the tracking of projects to ensure that an accurate list of incoming products is conveyed to Operations team.
    • Update and manage ERP and CRM systems in coordination with project management activities.
    • Assist with the coordination of rentals, flights, hotels, labor, etc. with regards to efficiencies and cost reductions for national and local pick-ups.
    • Effective communication with shipping & receiving personnel.
    • Effective communication with procurement staff.
    • Support Director of Project Management in new process and procedures.
    • Any other duties as assigned.

    KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Organized, logical, and willing to adapt quickly.
    • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
    • Excellent organization and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of geographies and mapping
    • Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and use various software and database applications, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

    Job Type: Part-time

    Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
