    JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION: MACHINE OPERATOR

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment. This candidate will be responsible for operating a dry ice machine as well as an engraver machine on all units that require the process that comes through production.   

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage production lots that require dry ice cleaning and engraving process

    • Correctly and accurately set up processes for each specific operation

    • Keep detailed records of product ran through dry ice and engraving process

    • Perform and maintain preventative maintenance on machines before and after every shift

    • Communicate with Production Manager on status updates and production schedules

    • Inspect devices to verify units are properly processed and meet quality standards

    • Effectively and efficiently design layouts using Corral Draw systems

    • Perform quality checks to ensure machines are running accurately

    • Properly label and organize pallets; restock pallets in the correct location in warehouse

    • Identify issues and proactively communicate with the Production Manager

    • Perform other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • •    1 year prior experience operating machines
    • •    Good written and verbal communication skills
    • •       Must be well organized
    • •       Must work well in an fast-paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities
    • •       Strong sense of urgency; flexibility in meeting deadlines
    • •       Must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs; must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
    • •       Attention to detail and committed to managing problems through resolution
    • •       Being adept with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary
    • •       Experience with ERP systems is a plus
