    JOB TITLE:  Logistics and Triage Support - Hybrid Position

    PURPOSE: The role of Logistics and Triage Support position at Diamond Assets is to provide high quality support for logistics and production device triage.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    LOGISTICS SUPPORT

    • Tracking and updating daily customer device mail-ins
    • Creating shipping and return labels for mail-in customers with FedEx ship software
    • Contacting FedEx to resolve tracking issues
    • Printing Asset Tags for pickups
    • Creating pick lists for mail-ins
    • Working with warehouse staff to ensure packaging is shipped with appropriate labels and paperwork
    • Creating mail-in/Pickup sheets for customers
    • Other projects as needed

    TRIAGE SUPPORT

    • Disassemble, diagnose, replace defective parts, and reassemble completed device
    • An understanding of macOS, iOS & iPadOS.
    • Ensure that all repairs preformed meet the company's quality standards
    • Keep track of inventory and customer devices
    • Maintain cleanliness of triage station
    • Support production by ensuring all request are handled in a timely manner
    • Have the ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high quality work
    • Ability to record work performed in an accurate manner
    • Maintain a positive work environment
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Other duties as assigned

    KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Knowledge of Apple products
    • Minimum 1 year technical experience
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong computer proficiency, both hardware and software
    • Work well in team environment and be a collaborative team player
    • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
