Responsibilities: Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Answer Inbound Calls from Buyers and Sellers Quickly for Optimal Client Experience • Return Calls from Same • Work through the 5,000+ leads Currently in Our System • Schedule Appointments on Hot Leads (ready to sell) for the Listing and Buyer Agent Team Qualifications: Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Must have a valid Real Estate License Compensation: $80,000 & Up Salary + Commission
