Responsibilities: • Call Hot Leads & Schedule Appts to Make Offers • Prepare Offers • Present Offers in Person at the Appointment • Manage Negotiations over time • Follow Up with Seller's(Weekly) • Manage Process of Closing Deals Qualifications: • Reliable transportation is a must • Sales experience (auto sales, real estate sales or acquisitions, in-home sales, etc.) preferred • Experience using a CRM lead tracking system (such as Podio) preferred • Strong Ability to use and learn Technology (WhatsApp, SMS, Email) • Construction Management experience is a plus • Real Estate experience helpful, but not necessary • Flipped a few houses already?
