Job Duties:

· Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers

· Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information

· Provide exceptional and timely customer service

Experience required:

· High school diploma or equivalent is required

· Valid driver’s license

· 2 years’ experience as an in-home service provider

· Excellent customer service skills

· Computer skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Mechanical and electrical knowledge

· Must be able to lift 50-100+ pounds

**Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
