    Fish Window Cleaning in Fairfax, VA is part of the country's largest window cleaning company that has over 270 locations across the USA. We service commercial and residential customers in Fairfax County, VA. We are experiencing FAST growth and are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team to assist our FAST growth.. This position requires a versatile individual who possesses good communication skills, honesty, trustworthy, professional and pro-active. This job is PART TIME between 12-15 hours per week that requires someone who can be apart of a fast moving and growing business. This is a great opportunity for someone who has availability between 10AM-2PM to make some money and help our company continue to grow. As the company grows this has potential to be a full time position. The job provides benefits (Paid Time Off, 401K, Paid Training) and is eligible for a performance bonus plan.

    Job Description:

    We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist the owner with day-to-day tasks, follow-ups, scheduling, proposals, help with administrative, operational and financial areas of the business. Duties will include:

    • Maintain and oversee the office duties and needs.

    • Support Owner and Window Cleaners.

    • Collecting and tracking Accounts Receivable and Bank Deposits

    • Learning our Operations systems, contacting customers, proposals and data input.

    • Creating work orders and reconciling work orders.- Post payments to accounts

    • Assist window technicians for field support, scheduling, automobile issues, maintaining equipment & inventory as needed.

    • Performing administrative office duties i.e. filing, organizing, mail & emails, office supplies, inventory, etc.

    • Assist Human Resources with hiring.

    • Helping with customer follow up and scheduling

    • Purchasing, inventory and license renewals

    • Assisting in creating customer estimates and proposals

    • Answering phones and dealing with customer service calls

    • Work with business owners on budget, forecasting, bonuses, reporting, insurance, relocation (if necessary)- Other assigned duties to help the business grow

    Skills Required:

    Integrity and Honesty/Reliable

    Proficient hands on computer skills with the following applications: Outlook, Excel, and Word

    Strong accounting, administrative and organizational skills and attention to detail

    Good leadership skills and ability to take charge and work without direction.

    Good customer service, people skills and a positive attitude; works well as a team player

    Professional demeanor; Ability to multi-task

    Maintain and keep the office organized and running smoothly.

    Accounts Receivable collections experience is a plus

    Must have reliable transportation

    Willingness to run errands and help keep the office organized

    Payroll experience a plus
