    We're looking for a professional, friendly administrative assistant to real estate executives. You must be highly organized with strong administrative and organizational skills, handle multiple files, and able to multi-task and time-manage. Computer (MacBook preferred) word-processing and online software platform skills a must. Experience managing CRM preferred. You will serve as a first point of contact with all clients, providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties include increasing productivity by creating and following office protocols, scheduling important appointments. Based upon current events, this job can be accomplished remotely with some minimal office interaction. We offer a positive atmosphere in a people-oriented business with great earning potential to possibly grow into a full-time position. This is not an entry-level position. Responsibilities: • Interact with existing clients and our team to ensure client satisfaction • Handle all administrative real estate duties • Schedule appointments and inspections • Manage all escrow files from pre-listing to post-closing, working with existing transaction coordinator • Work with existing marketing coordinator in regard to all social media and marketing platforms • Manage and grow CRM database • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties Edit summary Qualifications: • Highly organized with strong administrative and organizational skills • Able to handle multiple escrow and real estate files • Strong time and project management skills • Technologically savvy; (Mac preferred) knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Learning and managing online software platforms a must • Experience managing CRM preferred • Strong people and phone skills with a high value for excellent customer service • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • College level preferred Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
