    Job Description

    POSITION TITLE:

    IT Applications Specialist

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    We are seeking a motivated, independent, creative thinker to support our IT application development and maintenance

    KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Tasks/ Responsibilities including but not limited to:

    • Develop, troubleshoot, and manage our customer relationship management (CRM) applications and solutions
    • Understanding user requirements and how they translate to new application features
    • Collaborating with other IT staffs to set specifications for application projects
    • Customizing and configuring the interfaces for CRM & ERP applications

    · Management of daily and strategic administrative tasks in the CRM system (eg. Data correction, changes of settings, testing, user permissions, or error analysis)

    · Establishing relationships with other company departments involved in the CRM & ERP project

    · Support and provide training to new and existing users in the scope of functionalities of the IT applications

    · Communicate and cooperate with 3rd party consultants to resolve the application problems or achieve application projects

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    · Being proactive, focused, a team player, and a good communicator.

    · Ideally: coming from IT area into the business or from strong user experience with CRM & ERP.

    · Technical capacity at Salesforce is plus but not required.

    · Demonstrable experience and the responsibility of running multiple overlapping projects.

    · Problem Solving/Analysis.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer information or business analysis related
    • 3-5 years of related work experience
