    About You:

    You are mechanically inclined and enjoy routine maintenance on a large variety of manufacturing and facility equipment.  You understand the importance of preventative maintenance to ensure equipment up-time.  You want to improve your troubleshooting skills by becoming familiar with new equipment and assisting with equipment repair.  You always finish projects you start, giving up is not in your vocabulary.

    Reports To: 

    Maintenance Manager

    Principle Duties:

    • Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid potential injuries
    • Preventative maintenance on industrial machines; air compressors, hydraulic, electrical, and CNC machines
    • Problem solving and troubleshooting to fix issues with equipment
    • Change oil/Grease Equipment
    • Lubricate machines and air tools
    • Clean/degrease machines
    • Maintain the plant HVAC system, clean/replace air filters
    • Building Maintenance: Interior/Exterior 
    • Assisting with grounds keeping, Winter and Summer tasks
    • Under the direction of Maintenance Manager, learn and assist in repairing equipment

    Required Skills, Knowledge, Education, and Training:

    • Minimum of two years of experience in a maintenance role with a strong mechanical background; manufacturing industry experience preferred.
      • Areas of expertise needed would include but are not limited to
        • Hydraulics
        • Electrical
        • Electronics
        • CNC equipment
        • Robotics
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • College Degree or technical training in a maintenance related program a plus
    • Experience with safe work practices, especially lockout-tagout procedures
    • Forklift certification preferred
    • Willingness to work mornings or afternoons when needed
    • Self-directed and motivated, but also able to work well with others
