    We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing who will spearhead the creation and execution of Dibbs consumer marketing strategy. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with tactical execution but also aspires to lead the strategy for innovative marketing campaigns.

    The Head of Growth Marketing will be a member of the core founding team responsible for iterating on the product based on market feedback, developing and refining our strategy, and fostering the company culture. Ideally, they would be in Los Angeles, but we are open to remote if the person is an amazing fit.

    You will own the analytics of lead generation and will be constantly focused on improving user growth, conversion rates and CPAs. This role serves as a market-facing digital marketer, responsible for filling the top of the funnel with potential users.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Define marketing plan, strategy and calendar for the year within the first 30 days
    •  Lead generation, conversion & retention via paid digital and lifecycle marketing
    •  Collaborate across team members who are accountable for product, sales, customer success, and external creatives to develop content
    •  Establish metrics/KPIs, perform data analysis to improve results, and build performance models if some data is not available
    •  Manage overall budget & third-party tools
    •  Supervise and assist with all internal and external copy. Copywriting for both in app messaging and notifications, along with blogs and email writing. Twitter copies and Instagram copy/captions included
    •  Work closely with the CEO, Head of Creative Direction, and Head of Product to make sure we are delivering on our long-term business strategy

    QUALIFICATIONS

    •  A passion for sports. You are an avid fan and have a deep and current knowledge of your favorite sports, players and teams
    •  At least 5-7 years experience in digital community management or marketing, ideally at a sports or entertainment-related startup. Financial markets, crypto, nft, or investment experience is a plus but not required
    •  Strong knowledge of and experience driving app installs and usage for consumer, entertainment or financial applications
    •  Expert in the management of paid social campaigns, especially via FB / IG, Twitter, Google
    •  Expert in the management of SEM campaigns
    •  Expert in professional social media management platforms
    •  Expert in digital analytics and the monitoring of complex ecommerce funnels
    •  Strong communication skills including cogent writing abilities
