The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to Dibbs covering a range of topics relating to the sports and sports collectibles markets. By joining the team, your skills will be front and center, working alongside other passionate individuals to solve problems and build out our marketplace. You will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
• Compile and analyze data related to business' issues
• Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
• Work on the marketing, development, and finance teams to drive business decisions across multiple organizations within the company
• Design, automate, and optimize pipelines, dashboards, and insight delivery methods
• Support ideation of new features and business initiatives from beginning to end by evaluating potential impact, implementing new tracking, and performing post analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
• 1 - 2 years' Data Analysis experience
• Mastery of SQL (PostgreSQL a plus)
• Proven Excel skillset
• Experience with accounting and financial modeling concepts
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and you're willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
• Located in the Los Angeles area or willing to relocate
