We are currently hiring a fulltime Shop Technician Trainee/ Parts Clerk. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to deliver excellent customer service to all patrons, assist our techs with ordering all parts and receive all incoming freight, diagnose, and repair all incoming shop appliances. This position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits after 90 days. Advancement to being a full-time Field Service Technician will be achievable with hard work, dedication, and retention level.

Hours:

M-F: 8am to 5pm

Meal Break:

1Hour

Rotating Saturdays:

7:30am to 2pm

Each Shop Technician Trainee/ Parts Clerk has specific assigned tasks, which include but not limited to the following:

Take care of customers quickly, friendly, and treat them with respect.

Perform day to day responsibilities accurately and on time.

Research technician and customer parts requests thoroughly and accurately.

Diagnose and repair incoming shop appliances.

Other duties not listed may be assigned as needed by the supervisor.

Shop Technician Trainee/ Parts Clerk Requirements:

Professional Appearance

Valid Driver's License

Basic Mechanical Aptitude

Hand Tool Knowledge

Two year work history with past employer(s)

Shop Technician Trainee/ Parts Clerk Preferred Skills (Not Required just a plus):

EPA certified

Trade School Certificate

Braising Experience
