Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Sales Consultants and Customers in an inbound call center.
- Provide information regarding status of orders and shipments, products, specials and promotions.
- Input new order information into the system.
- Update information in the system, such as monthly orders, contact and payment information.
- Research and resolve issues.
- Assist with website navigation and basic technical support.
SCHEDULE:
This is a 40 hour per week position, with overtime at the end of the month.
Will be scheduled for an 8 hour shift between: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm, plus 2 Saturdays a month, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and occasional Sundays.
This is a temporary to hire, onsite opportunity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three to five years of recent call center experience, in a high-level call center.
- One call resolution experience
- Ability to work all days and hours the department is open.
- Ability to work 100% onsite.
