Customer Service Call Center Representative
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work onsite and receive inbound communication from Sales Consultants and Customers. Provide information regarding orders that have been placed, products, specials and promotions, and one call problem resolution. Input new order information into the system, and update existing information. Assist with navigation through the website and light technical support.
SCHEDULE:
Will work 40 hours per week, with possible overtime. Department is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm, Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm and occasional Sundays. Must be available to work an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday, any hours the call center is open, 2 Saturdays a month, and an occasional Sunday.

This is a temporary to hire opportunity, working onsite.
