Responsibilities: • Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients • Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles • Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish • Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs Qualifications: • Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and associated state and federal regulations • High school diploma mandatory; four-year undergraduate degree strongly preferred • Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required Compensation: $70,000
