    Job Description:

    We havean immediate opening for a Creative Landscape Architecture Professional with aminimum of 2 years of experience working in the design field. Many yearsof experience would be a plus. Expertise in Design Development and ConstructionDocumentation preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD required. Experiencewith Rhino would be a plus. Experience with fabrication, physical models, and3D printing is preferred but not required. Must love design and details,be a strong collaborator, and someone who exemplifies our mission, focus,and design sensibility. Position is part-remote and part in-person with adesire to be in our Fort Collins office a minimum 3 days per week. Position is full-time.

    Responsibilities:

    • Knowledge of landscape architectural and hardscape design principles.
    • Experience working from conceptual design through construction.
    • Expertise using a wide range of design tools from hand sketching to digital modeling.
    • Experience preparing construction documents.
    • Monitor compliance with local jurisdiction codes, rules, and regulations.
    • Adhere to internal QA/QC policies, performance standards and best practices.
    • Experience collaborating with civil engineers.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline

    such as Architecture or Urban Design

    • Experience with 3D modeling (AutoCAD, Rhino) for analysis and design,

    from concepts through detailing and fabrication

    • Strong graphic and technical skills. We are looking particularly for those

    with expertise with AutoCAD and Rhino.

    • Ability to advance design concepts through DD and CD phases

    • 2 years of professional experience

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, phones, photocopiers, electronic postage meter, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
