About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and precise Die Setter to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Avon, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press equipment, ensuring accurate and consistent quality in metal stamping processes.

Responsibilities:

· Set up and operate press equipment, including selecting appropriate fixtures

· Load coils of sheet metal onto presses

· Load and secure stamping dies onto presses

· Assist with the operation of metal stamping equipment

· Conduct quality assurance tests using precision measuring tools

· Maintain a clean and organized work are

· Follow safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 6 months of die setting experience and metal stamping is required

· Knowledge of press operations and safety procedures

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

· Proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Good communication and teamwork skills

Shifts and Pay:

· $25.50 per hour

· 2nd shift, 2pm – 10pm, $1.50 shift premium

· 3rd shift, 10pm – 6am, $1.00 shift premium

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Supervisor and Manager.
