We are looking for talented Barbers and Cosmetologist experience at cutting men's hair. Diesel Barbershop is a modern update to the old school barbershop designed to appeal to what today's men want in a haircut, beard or shave experience. Our unique steps of service provide the BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE in the business and we have CRAZY LOYAL CLIENTS. 

Diesel Barbershop offers some of the most competitive compensation in the industry. With an hourly base pay of $13 to $16 our top stylist and barbers EARN $36 TO $45.00 PER HOUR (incl. tips, commission, and bonuses).  We also offer We also offer up to a $1500 scholarship reimbursement for you to obtain your Texas crossover license.

Job Requirements: 

• A valid Texas cosmetology or barber license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Experience with men's cuts (including bald fades) / (1yr preferred)
• Enjoys working together as a team.
• Are willing to do awesome shaves. (We can train you)!
• Willingness to learn and grow in the hair industry.
