Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree (Financial Aid work experience may substitute)

• Experience with of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Must be detail oriented and highly organized

• Must be in good standing with own student loans

• Must be a Team-player
