About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines and related systems in a mobile setting.

Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service operations.

Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel technology.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with diesel engines and heavy equipment.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools.

Willingness to travel to customer locations and work flexible hours.
