Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying and sourcing diesel parts for various engine models.

Maintain an organized inventory of diesel parts and ensure accurate stock levels.

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely delivery of parts.

Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.

Process orders efficiently and accurately, both in-store and online.

Conduct regular audits of inventory to minimize discrepancies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Minimum of 5 years experience in Truckdiesel parts sales.

Strong knowledge of diesel engines and associated parts- especially turbos, injectors and engines.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Proficient in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
