Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our healthcare team. The Dietary Aide plays a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive nutritious meals that support their health and well-being. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has good communication skills, and is passionate about providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to patients, always adhering to nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions.
- Ensure meal service areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Collaborate with the dietary team to maintain accurate records of patient dietary needs and preferences.
- Deliver meals to patients’ rooms or designated dining areas in a timely manner.
- Provide friendly and effective customer service to patients, family members, and other healthcare staff.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of dietary supplies.
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in ongoing training sessions.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment or food service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic nutrition and dietary needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds if necessary.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
