Noor Staffing Group is seeking dedicated Dietary Aides to join our team at leading hospitals in Greensburg, PA 15601 and Latrobe, PA 15650. If you have a passion for ensuring patients receive nutritious meals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Patient & Retail Services:

• Work in patient meal service areas.
• Deliver meal carts, trays, and supplies to hospital units.
• Serve food in the hospital café and retail areas.
• Perform dishwashing and pot washing duties.
• Stock and organize food service supplies.
• Assist in cross-trained roles as needed.

Safety & Equipment Use:

• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Report any malfunctions immediately.
• Follow MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) guidelines for chemical handling.
• Use proper body mechanics for lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.

Customer Service & Communication:

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Answer questions about café food items.
• Address service concerns promptly or escalate to a supervisor.
• Receive and distribute messages efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in food service (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of food safety & sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Strong teamwork & communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• ServSafe or Equivalent Food Safety Certification
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
