About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with dietary guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.

Support dietary staff in food inventory management and storage.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Engage with residents to create a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Assist with special dietary needs and preferences as required.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to menu planning.

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a dietary or food service role is a plus.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor and a passion for serving others.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Must pass background check and health screenings.
