We are currently seeking applicants for a dedicated Dietary Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines, ensuring quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals following standardized recipes and dietary requirements.
Ensure proper portion control and food presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen according to health regulations.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with inventory management and food storage.
Collaborate with dietary staff to meet patient and resident needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines accurately.
Applicants must be able to manage tasks timely and efficiently, follow ServSafe rules and regulations, and work well independently and with other staff and patients.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Schedule includes holidays, day, evening, and weekend shifts.
