We have an immediate need for outgoing individuals who want to further their knowledge of fashion & Lifestyle PR, where they will gain real-world experience in PR. Responsibilities:

• Assist CEO and publicists in their daily activities
• Maintain pristine condition of the showroom
• Research & outreach to fashion influencers
• Help manage social media interactions including Instagram, Pinterest, & Facebook
• Help maintain and update media lists
• Assist in writing and interacting with fashion influencers and publications
• Facilitate stylist and editorial pulls in the showroom
• Coordinate returns
• Research celebrity blogs & websites for client placements

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Highly organized
• Awareness of current trends and fashion outlets
• Strong verbal communication, writing and spelling a must
• Strong knowledge of fashion and lifestyle influencers
• Strong knowledge of social media sites
• Work effectively in a fast paced team environment
• Outgoing, positive, honest, loyal and dependable
• Must be good at asking questions and taking notes
• Strong follow through
• Must be able to take initiative on projects and work independently
• Proficiency in Photoshop & Indesign
• Own a car
