PAID TRAINING NEAR CHICAGO

(MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE FOR TRAVEL IN FLORIDA TERRITORIES-_WILL BE COMPENSATED FOR GAS AND TRAVEL)_

This position sells industrial finishing application solutions. The product line consists of powder coating and liquid equipment and spray booths, fluid handling pumps, ovens, conveyors, washers, and filtration products. The qualified individual must be a motivated sales professional who can execute sales strategy, grow revenue, maintain the existing customer base, and prospect new business. Essential Requirements:

-Industrial finishing industry knowledge with technical skills; this includes knowledge of powder coat equipment and paint equipment

-Ability to demonstrate equipment

-Travel with some local overnight stay

-Develop and present sales proposals to decision-makers

-Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls

-2 years of sales or customer service experience including an established track record of territory and sales growth

-Attend sales and product training classes and meetings

-Strong communication and organizational skills

-Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office suite applications

-Negotiation skills

-Valid driver license

Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities

• Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads
• Researches customer's individual or business purchase needs
• Serves existing customers by optimizing current purchase plan
• Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
• Resolves customer complaints and queries
• Submits purchase orders
• Informs management of purchase actions
• Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals
• Completes market research and monitors competitor activity
• Makes recommendations for the customer
• Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates
