EXPO HOME IMPROVEMENT IS HIRING AT OUR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS! THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE HIRE.

We are rapidly growing our Inside Sales Team and we are looking for a full-time, energetic Customer Engagement team representative in our Carrollton TX location, who is passionate about helping customers fulfill their home improvement dreams.

This role is an invaluable position to our company, so you will be responsible for establishing and continuing a dialogue with prospective customers that have expressed an interest in having an in-home consultation via chat, text, or email. You will be scheduling appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants to meet with the homeowners about their projects that relate to the areas that we specialize in (windows, baths, siding, and attic insulation). This is an hourly position, uncapped commission, and incentive awards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage a prospective customer in a dialogue that results in setting an appointment for a Direct Seller.
• Strictly comply with our proven process and methodology to serve customers with excellence
• Handle outbound communication channels
• Build trust and further our relationships with customers
• Creatively handle objections and qualify customers for appointments with our Design Consultants

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 1-year marketing or social media engagement experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, teamwork environment
• Personal Characteristics: High Energy, positive, tenacious, professional, and dedicated
• Customer Service & Sales mindset
• Enthusiastic, strong work ethic, self-motivated with high energy
• Goal-driven and diligence to stick through learning curves
• Open to feedback and coaching
• Strong computer skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Bilingual in Spanish a Plus!
• Physical / Environmental / Mental Demands:
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time
• Able to understand direction and adhere to established procedures
• Able to gather, classify and prioritize the information
