We are seeking an experienced and sales-driven candidate who can help our world-class team design strategy and drive the daily operations of growth, culture and fundraising—while staying connected to the values of mindfulness, fulfillment, and balance.
Qualifications
You are an expert in the digital marketing, advertising or agency space with a proven track record of leadership and consistent, profitable growth
You seek inspiration from diverse and inspiring sources and perspectives
Work with the executive board to deepen values and mission, and plan for short and long term goals
You have previously grown your own agency, freelance/consulting business or marketing software startup to explosive growth and/or exit
You prioritize daily health and wellness practices (ie. exercise, meditation, yoga)
You have spent time traveling, living and working abroad while living location independently
You have previous volunteer, charity or social impact experience
You have experience fundraising with angel investors and private VC / commercial lenders
You are an expert with P&Ls and cash flow management
You have a strong ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the extended team.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary spokesperson for the company
Analyze and optimize marketing, sales and client success KPIs to achieve target business objectives
Advise sales reps on sales process and script refinement
Assist with recruiting world-class team members at appropriate growth stages
Build mutually beneficial alliances and partnerships with other brands, individuals and companies
Manage inbound and outbound sales teams, optimize sales processes based on weekly/monthly KPI reports and implement effective CRM/pipeline management
Plan personal and team workloads effectively and delegate work to meet deadlines
Raise capital from angels, private VC or commercial lenders
Oversee marketing automation & implementation of software tools to refine sales funnels and automate business processes
Travel 1-2x per quarter to meet with senior stakeholders, executives and clients
