    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will provide executive support and interface with clients.. Responsibilities include heavy scheduling, answering phones, preparing documents, organizing files and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.

    OFFICE ASSISTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Answer phones and interface with clients.
    • Perform clerical duties including filing and scanning of documents.
    • Schedule meetings, phone calls and setup video conference calls.
    • Create/track work orders and schedule techs on jobs.
    • Create expense reports.
    • Receive, sort and distribute mail.
    • Stock kitchen and maintain office supply inventory.
    • Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned

    OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field
    • Proficient computer skills, including Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
    • Must be reliable, resourceful and a self-starter.
    • MUST be proficient in MAC or PC operating systems.
    • MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office
    • MUST have strong follow up skills.
    • MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
    • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
