  • Responsibilities

    DADA Digital, the digital division of DADA Goldberg , is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Account Coordinator to support a portfolio primarily focused on luxury new development real estate.

    This is a creative-forward role within our real estate team. The ideal candidate has strong visual instincts, understands the standards of the luxury space, and is confident curating a beautiful Instagram grid and shooting elevated content.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Creative & Content Support

    • Curate visually cohesive Instagram grids aligned with each development's brand positioning

    • Select and sequence imagery with a strong understanding of composition, pacing, and storytelling

    • Draft elevated, brand-aligned captions with guidance from the Content Strategist

    • Provide thoughtful input on asset selection and social formatting

    • Refine visual outputs for social, including cropping and light editing when needed

    • Contribute content ideas informed by trends, buyer demographics, and competitive context

    • Capture iPhone content during events and on-site moments

    Client Management

    • Support the Content Strategist and AVP across assigned luxury new development accounts

    • Attend all client calls and internal meetings

    • Maintain content calendars and assist with timeline tracking tied to launches and key marketing moments

    • Draft and circulate meeting agendas and detailed meeting recaps

    • Organize and archive key client assets in Dropbox according to internal protocols

    • Draft monthly reports outlining agreed-upon KPIs and top-performing content

    Community Management

    Manage database of all client social media logins and passwords

    Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in alignment with each development's positioning

    Proactively like and comment on approved accounts in clients' networks, including brokers,

    architects, designers, and development partners

    Requirements

    • New York based
    • 1+ years of experience in social content, design, or creative account support within an agency
    • Strong visual instincts and understanding of the luxury space
    • Portfolio demonstrating Instagram grids curated and short-form video content created
    • Proficiency in Instagram and TikTok
    • Exceptional attention to detail

    Bonus

    • Experience with Asana, Slack, Canva or similar workflow tools
    • Graphic design and/or short-form video editing experience, including CapCut
    • Familiarity with real estate marketing timelines and development branding processes
    • Salary
    • $50-60k per year, plus health/wellness benefits, and PTO/sick days.
