    We’re seeking a results-driven digital advertising expert with a minimum of 4 years of experience creating, running, monetizing, and scaling high-performing ad campaigns on Facebook and TikTok. In this role, you will be responsible for building, running, and optimizing campaigns for a steady pipeline of new product launches. You’ll work directly with our leadership and creative teams to strategize, execute, and monitor campaigns that drive real ROI. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who can take full ownership of ad performance—from ideation to execution—while staying ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Compensation & Benefits • $52,000 – $65,000 per year • 50 remote work days per year • 401(k) program • Paid holidays • 1 week paid vacation per year • Collaborative team culture with flexibility and support • Room to grow as our in-house AI creative lead. • Remote / Hybrid work Responsibilities: • Create, launch, and scale profitable campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. • Develop creative concepts, ad copy, and audience targeting strategies. • Monitor campaign performance daily, optimize in real-time, and provide actionable insights. • Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and cost per acquisition (CPA). • Track and report key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.) and present results to leadership. • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: • 4+ years of proven experience running and scaling Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns. • Strong understanding of ad creatives, audience segmentation, and performance analytics. • Demonstrated success in monetizing campaigns and achieving high ROI. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and product launches simultaneously. • Hands-on experience with ad tracking, pixel setup, and third-party analytics tools. • Creative thinker with strong copywriting instincts and an eye for engaging visuals. Compensation: $52,000 – $65,000 yearly
