We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Ad Buyer to manage and scale high-performance lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Tiktok ads and Linkedin Ads. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and tracking paid media campaigns across multiple business units—including internal lead gen, client accounts, and Pay-Per-Lead funnels. This is a high-responsibility role ideal for a data-driven media buyer who thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environments. Responsibilities: • Build and manage paid ad campaigns from scratch across Google, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Optimize campaigns daily to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and CPL • Lead strategy and execution across three segments: internal marketing, client retainer accounts, and Pay-Per-Lead seller campaigns • Collaborate with creatives (copy, image, and video teams) to guide ad assets and testing • Troubleshoot and manage technical tracking issues: pixels, GTM, RedTrack, Hyros, offline conversions • Analyze and report performance clearly using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and internal dashboards • Create SOPs and systems based on past experience to improve operational efficiency Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media buying • Proven experience managing $100,000+/mo in ad spend • Strong lead generation background; experience with high-volume lead funnels • Familiarity with real estate or investor audiences is a plus • Experience scaling campaigns to $5K/day while maintaining ROI • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate campaign data and make decisions • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Tiktok Ads, Linkedin • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, GTM, and at least one ad tracking tool (e.g., RedTrack or Hyros) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and report clearly on performance metrics Preferred Traits: • Curious and analytical thinker who proactively looks for optimization opportunities • Strategic mindset with ability to zoom out and understand the full funnel (ad > landing > lead > appointment) • Organized, process-driven, and comfortable working with a remote team • High level of ownership and accountability—no micromanagement needed • Clear communicator who shares wins, losses, and ideas for improvement Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience • Fully remote role with flexible hours • Performance bonuses are available based on KPIs • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling marketing agency • Work directly with the founder and executive team on high-impact initiatives Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly
