Full-time, performance-based digital marketing role focused on driving real, measurable revenue through Google Local Services Ads (LSA), Google Search Ads, and paid social media. This position offers a low base salary plus high, uncapped commission tied directly to mitigation and reconstruction job revenue. Pay Range: $70,000–$100,000+ per year (base + uncapped commission) Location: Maple Grove, MN Industry: Fire, Water, and Storm Restoration Position Overview The Digital Marketing Manager (Performance-Based) is responsible for generating high-quality, high-intent leads through Google Local Services Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media campaigns that deliver a measurable return on investment. You will own a paid ad strategy, campaign optimization, and lead tracking while working directly with company ownership to scale our inbound lead pipeline. This is a true performance role with commission paid on jobs that close from your campaigns. Responsibilities: Compensation Structure • Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year, pending experience • Commission: On job revenue generated from paid leads (Uncapped Upside) • A six-figure income is achievable within a reasonable time period.
