  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead and optimize our digital advertising efforts across Meta and other platforms. This role is focused on driving high-quality seller and buyer leads, improving conversion rates, and scaling campaigns efficiently. You will work closely with our marketing team to execute a conversion-first strategy, test creatives, and continuously improve performance across the funnel. This is a contractor (freelance) role, paid on an hourly basis. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with potential expansion to Google/YouTube • Build and execute full-funnel strategies (cold traffic, retargeting, and nurturing) • Launch and manage retargeting campaigns (website visitors, engagement audiences, CRM lists) • Analyze performance data (CPL, CTR, conversion rates, lead quality) and provide actionable insights • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives (hooks, messaging, formats) • Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and copy • Improve landing page performance and conversion rates (in collaboration with the team) • Ensure campaigns comply with real estate and Meta advertising policies • Track and report on campaign performance weekly Qualifications: • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads required) • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.) • Experience with retargeting strategies and audience segmentation • Ability to think strategically and analytically , not just execute • Experience in real estate or local lead generation is a plus • Familiarity with CRM tools (Follow Up Boss or similar) is a plus • Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $20 - $60 hourly based on experience
